在台南市青年路與北門路一段口，鐵路平交道的柵欄慢慢放下，兩邊的汽機車都停下來。火車轟隆隆的經過。不遠處的彰化銀行騎樓下，有位女孩在拉著琴，腳旁放著紙箱寫著：「籌學費」，旁邊有另一位女孩坐著，停等的機車騎士都看著她們，忽然間有位騎士下車，把紙鈔放進箱子中。

這對姐妹，姐姐是曾柔雅，目前就讀長榮大學神學系四年級，明年要考台南神學院碩士班，未來想當牧師。妹妹曾子恩就讀中信金融管理學院。曾子恩說，她在長老教會學琴後，從高中一年級就開始在街頭拉琴籌學費，至今五年。姐姐四年前也開始拉琴，二人就這樣在這個騎樓下，自力籌學費與生活費。

誰拉得比較好？「姐姐的琴是我教的，但她有絕對音感，曲目聽一遍就會拉」曾子恩說，她自己得看譜，不過，曾有音樂老師鼓勵她往音樂路走，但媽媽考量家庭經濟，希望把音樂當興趣就好了。她會努力念書，照著學校的計畫繼續出國讀書(學校為鼓勵成績好的學生，有計畫性送至國外再深造)。

姐姐曾柔雅說，姐妹除了下雨天，星期六日都會在此拉琴，除夕、大年初一二更會出來，那時大家多半會給紅包。「我們拉流行、古典和詩歌，支付學費和生活費是不太夠的，一天籌募最多三千元，最少十元。」

曾柔雅表示，剛開始在街頭拉琴曾被檢舉，二人才去考街頭藝人執照。路人都很好，有些機車騎士會停下來告訴我們:「這個曲子不好，要拉些歡樂一點的，打賞才會多」、「去某某地點，那裡人潮才會更多」。

姐妹二人每十分鐘換手一次，從早上十點多演奏到晚上六點，中午輪流去吃飯，收工後再去教會。辛苦嗎？「五年了，習慣了吧」她們說，在這個地點，都很希望火車來，停等平交道久，機車騎士打賞的機率就提高。
